If you are unsatisfied with your footwear, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Footwear must be unworn and in original packaging, including all tags.

We can only accept returns of footwear directly purchased for If you purchased your footwear from a retailer, please return it to your local retail location.

For a return please contact Customer Care to get a pre-paid USPS Return Label. There is a $4.99 charge for the use of this label that will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to create your own shipping label or use a different shipping service, returns should be sent to the following address:

Returns from Alaska and Hawaii should contact customer Care to use one of our pre-paid return labels.


We currently cannot process exchanges. If you want to change your purchase to a different size, style, or color, you must place another order and return your original purchase for a refund. We are looking to add exchanges for our customers in the coming months!
