What is my size, do you have size chart?

Yes, you will find a link to our size chart on every product page, right above the size selection.

Do you offer shoes in wide widths?

Currently we do not offer shoes in width widths. All styles are available in medium width.

We recommend you order a size up if your commonly require a wide width.

Are your shoes vegan friendly?

Yes, all our styles are produced with man made vegan leathers.

Do your shoes have memory foam footbed?

Yes, all our shoes have memory foam cushioned insoles.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover,
MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

You can select your preferred payment method upon checkout.

When do I get charged for my order?

Your payment method will be charged as soon as your order is placed and we started processing your order.

How can I check my order?

If you have a registered account you can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

If you do not have an account you can create an account today and login to view the status of your order.

Can I change my order?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders.

Please contact Customer Care if you need to change any details on your order.

Please know we aim to ship your order as soon as possibly. If your order has already been processed it may be too late to change it. In that case, simply process a return if needed.

What is your shipping fee?

Shipments Within the Continental United States:

Our Shipping fee is $4.99 per order, for any order under $99.

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $99.

Shipments to AK, HI, PR:

The shipping fee is $19.99 per order.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, within the Continental United States we offer Free Shipping for all orders over $99.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours during regular business days.

If you order before 12pm EST we aim to process and ship your order the same business day.

If you order after 12pm EST we will ship your order the next business day.

Any shipments within the contiguous United states should arrive within 3-5 business days.

All other shipments should arrive within 5-10 business days.

As soon as your order ships you will get a shipping confirmation & shipment tracking link by email.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order ships you will get a shipping confirmation email
with a link to track your order with the shipment carrier.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with all common carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

To return an order please see our Returns and Policy Page with detailed instructions.

When do I get my refund?

We will issue your refund as soon as your return shipment was received and was processed.

As soon as your refund was issues you will receive a refund confirmation by email.

Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your payment method and bank for the funds to arrive in your account.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, we charge a flat fee for the use of a pre-paid USPS Return label.

Returning from within Continental United States:

Please contact Customer Care to get a pre-paid USPS Return Label. There is a $4.99 charge for the use of this label that will be deducted from your refund.

Returning from AK, HI, PR:

Please contact Customer Care to get a pre-paid USPS Return Label. There is a $19.99 charge for the use of this label that will be deducted from your refund.
